MODEL MAINTENANCE
Upon request, I will provide my customers with detailed information on
how to clean and care for the model. Keep in mind that these airplane
models are not toys; they are very delicate, extremely detailed and
require proper handling. The final product is a historically accurate,
museum display quality replica. Without proper care: antennas, wires,
seatbelts and other small parts may detach from the model. If this should
occur, I will be more than happy to assist my customers on how to repair
any minor damages.

Worldwide shipping rates starts at $10.00 US. Again,
the price will vary depending on the size and weight
of the package. If requested, I will provide my customers
with a tracking number so that the package is traceable.
Parcels will always ship within 48 hours upon completion
of a project unless otherwise stated.

PACKAGING THE SCALE MODEL AIRPLANE
The scale model airplanes are shipped very securely.
I package the models in a way that they never touch
the exterior.
To do this, I mount the scale model airplane onto Styrofoam
blocks in order for it to remain suspended. The sealed
box is then lined with cushioning (e.g. newspaper, foam
peanuts or bubble plastic) and placed within a secondary,
exterior box. Yes, all scale model airplanes are double
boxed and cushioned in between.
The completed package can then be held upside down,
sideways, tilted, anyway you want and the scale model
airplane always remains safe from being damaged. Please
be cautious when un-packaging the scale model airplane.
Always use extra care as the straps may be under tension
and improper removal may cause parts to break.
